Lily Piyathaisere is a senior art director and designer based in New York. She employs a multidisciplinary approach to design, working in both digital and print design, identity design and art direction. She has 15 years of experience working professionally as either part of design studios, in-house or start ups, as well as independently.
Lily is a versatile creative with an ever-curious approach to strategic thinking and creativity. Her design approach is rooted in her love for art, color and technology. She is committed to creating engaging experiences that bring consistency and clarity to brands of all shapes and sizes.
In tandem with her design practice, she creates artwork under the moniker, Gamma Folk.
Based in Beacon, New York.
The playlist you hear most in the studio, a color palette that gives all the feels and a recent favorite movie. Lily goes by the pronouns she/her. Off the clock, she’s usually experimenting with new art materials, hunting for vintage treasures, or enjoying the outdoors with her family. She’s also a mom to a 7-year-old, a role that functions as a daily masterclass in negotiating with a drunk person having a midlife crisis.
